New Lows

So after being involved with the beta test of fml youth wages never really got overly silly, well after season 1 anyhow (1st seasons wage auctions no one knew they paid what they bid).
This was probably down to no one knowing how much longer the gameworld was going to run before retail, which would give us the long term stability that most of us craved.

Yet after 6 weeks in gameworld shearer i feel these original worlds will of run there course before next summer!!!
the 1.1 update is coming & the feeling i get from most managers is they will most likely move too a new gameworld with that in it from the off.Now i feel this is a step in the right direction but doesnt go far enough as yet.To me this update sorts out a few of the faults in the senior game but as yet the youth side of things is being left alone. If the updates take roughly 3 months to test & clear out all the bugs its going to be summer before youth academies are introduced. The game going forward should be brilliant but how are they going to fix the stability. Managers are getting frustrated now as signing youth regens has become very hard a basic 1 is costing 1k-4k in wages
a fairly decent 1 5k -15k & anyone looking remotely fantastic you may as well shut your eyes throw a dart a the dart board x3 & bid that.

Our 1st over the top youth wage was Vanderson Padilha on 40k wages & the whole gameworld went up in arms proclaiming madness, But that was surpassed today when Blackpool Lights manager Jack Hayward paid £100,001k per day for a 3.5* potential winger named Giampaulo Canosa. 1st Ive got too Question WHY ? was it down too him appearing new years eve & the bid was made while still intoxicated & secondly somebody else bid 100k as well , do they not realise by doing this the long term game will be over before its really begun. If youths become too expensive early on where will the players come from too replace the existing stars in the gameworld & within months the gameworld will die through not enough decent players to go around. I was hoping that shearer was going to be my long term home but at present it looks like i will be looking for somewhere else to go before the summer.
